Where Do I Start? | Stephen Estock

Track 3: Discipling Adults (Small Group/One on One)

Helping others grow in a relationship with Jesus can be challenging because everyone is in a different place. Not too long ago (especially in the South), people had a common understanding and language that was grounded in Christianity. Now more and more people know less and less about the Bible and Christian doctrine. This workshop considers basic principles to provide a structure for our efforts to “make disciples.”

We all know that we are to learn and grow as Christians; but have you ever considered that we are also to help others learn and grow as well? On February 16 & 17th Christ Pres hosted the Discipleship Ministries team of the PCA to help equip us to pour into the lives of the children and adults in our lives. All sessions were recorded and available via your preferred podcasting app.

Connecting Church & Home | Katie Flores

Track 1: Discipling Children (3K—4th Grade)

This workshop explores the concept of the church as a family and the role of covenant parents in nurturing not only their own children but also the broader congregation. Participants will engage in discussions on strategies to strengthen the connection between church and home, fostering an environment where younger children can build a meaningful bridge from one Sunday to the next.

Discipleship Beyond Sundays: Nurturing Families Throughout the Week | Laura Tucker

What are we doing here? | Stephen Estock

All followers of Jesus are called to “make disciples” (Matthew 28:89-20). Great! Now what? As we begin our time together, we will consider the opportunities and challenges we face in our homes, Sunday school classes, small groups, and mentoring relationships. Our confidence is that God is at work. Our task is to grow as ambassadors of His transforming message.
