King David is THE towering figure in the history of the Jewish people. No other leader had God’s blessing on his life more than he. But in a day when monarchies are rare, Christians struggle to appropriately apply the Old Testament stories to their lives. But as we’ll see, the key to unlocking the importance of the Life of David is to see how he signifies a King who was yet to come, and thereby bring a whole new way of living a secure life as subjects of King Jesus.
There’s a new way of life that you live when you become a subject of the true King. How does that transformation happen? What are the features of m new life? How are things going to change?
